This page explains how to request deletion of your Memonest account and the data associated with it.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@zarnite.com from the email address associated with your Memonest account.
2. Use the subject line: "Delete my account".
3. We will verify your request and delete your account and associated data.

What data is deleted

Upon a verified request, we permanently delete:

• Your account information (name, email, authentication credentials)
• Your content (notes, tasks, events)
• Stored files and profile images
• Connected email authorization tokens (Gmail / Outlook)
• Voice/audio data associated with your account

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of data where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, records of transactions), for no longer than necessary. Such data is securely stored and deleted once the retention period ends.

Timeframe

Account and data deletion requests are completed within 30 days of verification.
